ABOUT US
We are a Building Surveying practice based in Randalstown, County Antrim. The practice is owned and operated by Barry Mulholland MRICS. Barry graduated from the University of Ulster with a Bsc. (Hons.) in Building Surveying in 2002 and achieved Chartership status 3 years later. Since then Barry has been involved in the assessment and appraisal of both domestic and commercial buildings including defect analysis, condition appraisal and building pathology. OUR APPROACH
We believe that buying a house is stressful enough therefore the act of completing a condition appraisal of the property should not add to that stress. It is our main objective to complete the survey in a timely manner with as little fuss as possible, involving the client only if there are fairly serious defects in the property.
